The Alabama/Mississippi/Tennessee 2009 Tri-State Conference will be February 9 through February 11, with check-in on Sunday, February 8.  We will be utilizing the IP Biloxi Casino, located at 850 Bayview Avenue, Biloxi, MS, 39530.  Our local (MS Coast Area Local 204) will host the convention.  Ther room rates are:
Standard room - $79.99 plus tax per night (250 blocked)
Jacuzzi Room - $129.99 plus tax per night (10 blocked)
Luxury Suite - $159.99 plus tax per night (5 blocked)
Room rate tax is currently 5% and State Sales Tax is 7%
If you want a room with a view of Back Bay or the Gulf of Mexico, there is an additional $20 per night fee.  The corporate office of IP has established a policy of requiring a $100 deposit on all rooms to be in cash or credit card at time of check-in.  All locals wishing to pay by check, please send it in advance so that it clears prior to check-in.  Check-in is at 1600 with check-out by 1100.  Room cancellation is at least 48 hours in advance.  Anything less will cost one night's stay plus tax.  Anyone wanting an IP Rewards Card may send the IP Casino the following information:
